Can I reserve a lot?
Yes. A lot can be reserved for 10 days. It requires a $1,000 deposit. It is a non-binding lot reservation and can be cancelled at any time and your $1,000 deposit will be returned.
Are there any special requirements for this reservation?
Within 5 days of the reservation, we must receive a letter from your mortgage company stating that you have been pre-qualified or pre-approved for a mortgage.
How much money do I need to purchase a home?
The builder requires a 10% deposit upon execution of a purchase & sale agreement*. We also require 100% payment for all upgrades selected for the home.

Do I need any other money except for the 10% deposit and 100% of upgrades?
No, the additional monies will be paid at the time of closing on your home.
How long does it take to build a home?
It takes approximately 4-6 months to complete a home depending on the weather.
Are there any association fees?
Yes. The Association Fee is $170 a year to maintain the landscaping in the common areas and street islands.
What city services are available?
Manchester city water & sewer, weekly trash pick-up. All the roads
are maintained by the city.
What schools will children in this neighborhood attend?
Northwest Elementary, Parkside Jr. High and Manchester West High School
